We had a fantastic stay in this mountain hotel in the Nikko area. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and river. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a hot spring bath with an outdoor view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a smooth trip and going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the rooms were comfortable and traditional.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Stunning location with mountain river view. Friendly and helpful staff. Great experience for families with children. Exceptional food and meticulous care. Beautiful area scenery. Smooth transportation arrangements. Comfortable and traditional rooms. Spotlessly clean facility. Relaxing hot springs.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a remarkable experience staying at a traditional Japanese inn in the Nikko area. the location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and a peaceful atmosphere. the room was pleasant, with Tatami mat flooring and sliding screens, creating an authentic Japanese ambiance. the staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth trip, even offering assistance with navigating the rail system. the breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options. it was a perfect experience that left a lasting impression.
One aspect that could be improved is the need for a car to conveniently visit nearby shrines or take the train to explore other parts of the area.
